1.1 The blade reversely rotates from the 180° waiting position to the 70° starting position of the cutting.
1.2 The blade accelerates from the 70° starting position to the cutting speed.
1.3 The blade is aligned with the rolled piece at 332°.
1.4 The blade starts to brake at the 13° position, and the brake must be stopped before the blade reaches the 290° position again. The specific braking angle is determined by the electrical designer according to the actual situation.
1.5 After braking, the blade is required to return to the 180° waiting position. That is to say, if the brake has caused the blade to exceed 180°, it will reverse and the blade will return to the 180° waiting position. If the brake has stopped the blade before 180°, it will continue to rotate forward until the blade returns to the 180° waiting position.
Signal source
An encoder (model: provided by the customer) is installed at the tail of the main motor to display the specific position of the knife to achieve the correct working mode of the control motor; the shearing machine drive has the functions of forward and reverse rotation and crawling.
The shear speed is 12% (low speed) ~ 5% (high speed) ahead of the shear speed and the rolling mill.
There should be a power-off protection button beside the shearing machine.
There are two operation modes: manual and automatic. Manual is used for maintenance and emergency shutdown, and automatic is used for normal rolling operation.
Interlock
When the lubrication system fails, the system pressure is too low or the oil supply pressure drops, an alarm signal interlock should be set
The starting position is wrong, and the motor is not allowed to move.
