Hydraulic nuts are suitable for occasions where:

• Utilizing their floating clamping method, they are used on shafts that require high positioning accuracy without affecting the original positioning precision, especially suitable for locking the blades on disc shear shafts (without causing over-constraint).
• They are used in situations where a large axial clamping force is required while also needing simple operation.

• Features:  This nut uses hydraulic principles, allowing it to easily achieve a high locking force. Its main features are simple operation and reliable performance. It does not require high-pressure grease nipples or high-pressure grease guns, and there is no need for repeated grease replenishment during use. Under normal circumstances, it can be used for 2-4 years, and can continue to be used after repeating the grease application. The nut body is forged and heat-treated, and the push-out ring is heat-treated. It uses imported German sealing rings, fully meeting usage requirements. The typical effective stroke is 1-2mm, making it particularly suitable for locking cutting edge discs on shears.

• Usage: (Locking cutting edge disc shear blades)

  Screw the hydraulic nut onto the shaft and tighten the two M16 set screws on the hydraulic nut. No excessive locking force is required (a torque of 7.5-10 Nm is sufficient). At this point, the blade is locked, and the internal pressure reaches 20 MPa.
  If the blade needs to be removed, simply loosen the M16 set screws.
