HYN Series
Features:
The HYN series is suitable for locking the cutting tools of slitting (slitter) circular shears, with an effective stroke of 4mm. It is equipped with a high-pressure manual pump (made in Germany) with a pressure gauge, allowing precise pressure settings, typically ranging from 20-40 MPa.
Usage (for locking circular shear blades):
- Tighten the hydraulic nut onto the shaft, and use the high-pressure manual pump to inject ordinary grease into the nut cavity through the high-pressure one-way valve. The required pressure should be determined based on usage (pressure can be read directly from the pressure gauge), typically between 20-40 MPa.
- To remove the blade, simply loosen the M12 set screw to allow the high-pressure grease to flow out of the drain port. At this point, the hydraulic nut will have loosened, allowing for easy replacement of the cutting tool.
