It's extremely suitable for the situation when you need to lock and unlock shafts frequently, especially for the fix of metal plate shearing equipment's location and tighten, such as fixing shear's disc knights and robber rings. Most important, we can ensure its accuracy in terms of run-out after times of use.
Product Details
HYS Series Hydraulic expansion sleeve
- Performance parameters:
Size : 50-300mm, can be customized according to user needs
Maximum internal pressure : 400Bar
End runout : < 0.005mm
Suitable shear plate thickness : ≥0.3mm
Inner hole size : φ125H7 (according to customer requirements)
- Applications
It’s extremely suitable for the situation when you need to lock and unlock shafts frequently, especially for the fix of metal plate shearing equipment’s location and tighten, such as fixing shear’s disc knights and robber rings. Most important, we can ensure its accuracy in terms of run-out after times of use.
- How to use
Fix the disc knights and robber rings with expansion sleeves and fix it on the knight shaft. Adjust the location of expansion sleeve on the shaft, then lock M16 screws on the sleeve with 5N/m. When after precise adjustment, tighten the screws with 10N/m.(No more then 20N/m is ok).
Anytime you need to unlock the sleeve, loose the screw to the max position. Rotate the sleeve till it depart from the shaft. Remove the sleeve from shaft.
Attention, the butter will reduce slowly after long term of use. When it happens, the lock force between sleeve and shaft will reduce. Refill the butter will solute this problem. To refill it, you need to unlock the two M12 screws and remove two φ8mm iron balls in the screw holes. After it, connect a normal butter gun and the sleeve, then refill it. When it’s done, put two balls back and tighten the M12 screws.
- Speciaficity
This product is designed by Principle of Hydraulic Amplification. Just tighten the two screws on the sleeve, the sleeve will fix shaft. There is no need to use key, so compared to traditional sleeve, it won’t be as cumbersome as traditional one. What’s more, it’s tighten force is much more than traditional one with high level accuracy, and lots of isolation rings can be saved. The nut’ body is through the hardening and tempering. To sum up, this product is very convenient.
